RETURNS AND CLAIMS FOR
BOUNCA GEAR PRODUCTS

BouncA Gear products, such as caps, visors, bags, backpacks and towels, are made and fulfilled on demand through Printful. These products are not held as ready stock. They are produced after the customer places an order.
For this reason, customers are asked to check all product and order details carefully before placing an order: product name, color, size, quantity, delivery address and all other order information.

 

Once an order has been placed, the product may move into production and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. We do not offer voluntary exchanges or returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection or change of preference, to the extent permitted by law. This applies especially to BouncA Gear products that are made on demand.
 

If the product is misprinted, incorrectly embroidered, defective, damaged or the wrong item has been delivered, the case will be handled as a claim.

To submit a claim, the customer must contact us without delay and provide:

  • order number

  • short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and the defect

  • photo of the packaging, if the issue concerns shipping damage


In defect cases, we will handle the matter with Printful and resolve it case by case. Any refund, replacement product or other solution depends on the nature of the defect and the claim accepted by Printful.


Products must not be returned without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
This policy does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
